I have never been introduced in my life to the true wisdom our Golden Agers (or anyone very much older than myself) untill I started attending AFGT. There is a great love and admiration for the older generation here and I personaly Love it. I am so greatful that they are here and I only wish I had more time to talk and associate with everyone. I thank God for the knowledge he has given me about the older generation and I pray that I will always remember to not only show them the respect they deserve but to encourage others to do the same.

I would be leary of this question. There are no difinate answers that I can find or know of, not meaning that they are not there.
Revelation 2:4-5 says that God will come quickly to us and remove our "Lamp Stand" if we turn from God and do not repent. This could be read as God meaning to remove his presence from us and we then live in inner darkness, untill we repent; or this could mean that God removes not just his presence from us, but his hand and talents as well.
A person could argue that just as Matthew 7:22-23 says that in the end days some will come to God and say they have cast out devils and healed the broken in "Gods" name, and God will say he has never known them. Taking that meaning as we can use Gods name (JESUS' NAME) and do great things is no secret, but that is not a talent or gift given to us is it?
I am not going to say that God does or does not remove gifts *spiritual* he has given a person at any time. I tend to believe that your friend may be right with the Talents example. The reason I believe this is because, If God gives you a talent/gift to use for his goodness or the Kingdoms work here on earth and you fail to do so; Then just as the many examples of people including satan/desciples, falling from grace, then why would God leave a person with Holy Gifts to use for personal reasons? Knowing that if your not living for God, we are living for ourselves.

Thank you all for your patience. The web cam is working fine now and is available Sunday mornings and nights. Please tell everyone you know that they can watch it now with confidence. Anyone can also now review past sermons live with the "on demand" tab located on the lower side of the live cam player on our web page.

Ok. I know everyone has been waiting for the webcam. I have got the details worked out and now we are working on the final touches and gathering a pc to run the cam with. It won't be long now for sure depending on things going as planned.

Live feed is still moving forward and will be announced at the moment it is up and going. Our goal is to provide a basic way for others that can not attend regular services and those in other places than localy, can access the services and hear God's Wonderful Word.

Thank you for your support Sweetheartnannie: The webcam should be active in just under a month to be on a real time frame. There are some details to be worked out and with Gods help we should at least have a way for those at home to view Gods message.

There is a topic of interest on the design of the web page for AFGT.com. Everyone must download free Flash player (www.adobe.com)in order to be able to view the web page. There are several reasons for this and by now if you are unable to get the downloads for viewing ability, then most likely you are in a work are that does not allow for personal internet activity. Please also make sure to check the internet options on your I.E. browser and make sure that flash and java are enabled. You can also download Java for free at, www.java.com.
